Payments by Credit Card

Douglas County Clerk has contracted with nCourt, a secure online payment processing solution, to allow credit card payments. As of July 25, 2016, we now accept credit card payment for all fines and clerk fees, using American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa cards.

Online through our Payment Portal
In person at the counter

After authorization, you will be given a confirmation number that you should keep. The court cashier will ask for the number to verify your transactions that are taken via telephone or online.

Convenience Fees

The convenience fee to pay at the counter in Waterville is 3.5%.The convenience fee for telephone and online payments is 7% of your payment; see the following schedule of fees for more information.
